Front Bar Room
The heart of the house: white brick, a distressed sage-green wall, hanging plants and a long bar counter with a dark live-edge top. Afternoon sun pours across the floor.
Good for: Vendor tables, a coffee or tea bar, buffets and welcome drinks.

Sunroom Lounge
Floor-to-ceiling windows, a rattan loveseat and plenty of greenery, looking straight out onto the yard.
Good for: Lounging, gift tables, portraits and a quiet corner for the guest of honor.

Studio Lounge
White brick, black pendant lights, sheer white curtains and round black shag rugs. Moody, minimal and camera-ready.
Good for: Panels, sound baths, shoots and VIP lounges.

High-Top Room
Wood high-top tables and bar stools under exposed beams, with framed prints and a shelf of books and games.
Good for: Workshops, game nights, breakout sessions and grazing tables.
