Dates are held only once your deposit is received. Deposit: 50% of the rental holds your date; the balance is due 7 days before your event

By event type
- Birthdays & showers Half-Day is the sweet spot. Kids' parties welcome with adult supervision
- Corporate & team events 15% off Mon–Thu daytime bookings; invoicing available
- Pop-ups & markets book Full-Day; recurring markets, ask about monthly rates
- Photo & video shoots $75/hr Mon–Thu, 2-hour minimum, crews up to 10
- Receptions & celebrations Full-Day package; cleaning fee and security required with alcohol
Policies
- Booking deposit
- 50% of the rental holds your date; the balance is due 7 days before your event
- Security deposit
- $250, refunded within 7 days after your event if the venue is left as found
- Cancellation
- 30+ days out: everything except the deposit is refunded. Within 30 days: payments are non-refundable
- Rescheduling
- One free reschedule when requested 14+ days ahead, to a date within 12 months; your deposit carries over
- Noise & curfew
- Outdoor amplified sound ends 10pm Sun–Thu and 11pm Fri–Sat (Houston noise ordinance); guests out by closing
- Insurance
- One-day event liability insurance ($1M) required for events with alcohol or 50+ guests
- Alcohol
- BYOB welcome for private events, served by a TABC-certified bartender. No alcohol sales (tickets or cash bar) without a TABC permit
- Capacity
- Up to 75 guests on site (indoors + yard); up to 40 seated
